Seniors Self Defence and Gentle Karate Lessons in Leicester

Located at Clarence House in Leicester City Centre in the main hall.  Our seniors only classes can be attended by anyone over 50 years old who are wishing to learn useful self defence skills and some essential but gentle karate based exercises in a friendly and fun environment.

Clarence House is a wonderful historic building used by Age UK Leicester Shire & Rutland and right in the middle of Leicester City Centre.  Our sessions start at 10.30 a.m. so that those eligible can make the most of using their free bus pass.  Our first session took place on Thursday 2nd May 2024 and has continued to grow steadily as we frequently welcome new members.
