Congratulations to Aaron and Poppy Lowe who passed their 7th Kyu grading today. Poppy led the way with a very solid performance in kihon (basic techniques), kata (a series of basic techniques performed in a set sequence) and kumite (sparring). You both demonstrated great courage and determination and your practice and dedication enabled you to pass with flying colours.
I am delighted to say that your karate skills are developing nicely and I look forward to further cementing your current knowledge and introducing you to your next set of new techniques.
